Conferences

We have 3 conference rooms available here at the Alton Grange Hotel, suitable for all forms of meetings, presentations, talks and demonstrations.

Our largest room – the Piano Room - overlooks our landscaped gardens and is flooded with natural day light. This room is 32ft x 32ft with a 10ft high ceiling.

We also have our Terrace Room over looking our gardens and again this is flooded with natural sunlight. This room is 17ft x 14ft and 10ft ceiling. Both rooms have direct access out on to our sun terrace and grounds.

For those larger meetings or presentations, we can combine the Piano Room, Terrace Room and Saxon Room , which are then ideal for workshops or Dinner and Dance meetings. The Saxon Rooms is part of the three rooms combined but can also be used independently.

We also offer the use of Syndicate rooms for smaller groups and 1 to 1 interviews.

All our public rooms, conference rooms and bedrooms are enabled with high speed Wi Fi . With suitable wireless enabled laptops your delegates will be able to check in with the head office, display the latest company news or hold a video conference. We also can arrange for audio visual to be made available to suit your conferencing needs.

We can offer competitive rates whether you require 1 day, 2 day, or week long conferences or training sessions.

We have 30 En Suite bedrooms for any of your delegates requiring accommodation during the course of the conference and all of our Conferencing package include the following a 2 or 3 course evening meal option in either of our distinctive Restaurants, access to Energique Fitness Centre located just 250yards from the hotel, room hire, refreshments through out the day, 2 course fork buffet lunch and a delightful selection of cakes for your afternoon tea.

Wireless Broadband Internet Access

We now have the ability to offer with our conference packages access to our Broadband Internet Service via our Wireless Network. With a suitable laptop your delegates will be able to check-in with the head office and display any of the latest company news or products with just a tap of their keyboard. We have suitable adaptors for any laptop that does not have wireless capability, giving you complete access to the internet.
